Sapna, an Ayurvedic, cultural, and food expert, will show you how to make this seasonal, balanced, and vibrant meatless menu that highlights the diverse flavors of Indian food. You'll sit back, relax, and enjoy this rich sensory experience as you sample each dish.

Dabeli (Popular Indian Street Food-style, Spiced Mashed Potato Sliders)
Jalebi served with Malai Kulfi (Deep Fried Spirals of Dough soaked in Warm Sugar Syrup served with Indian Ice Cream)
Sapna was so wonderful to learn from! She is easygoing, kind, and patient. I actually felt as though I had known her for years because of her welcoming nature. I'm extremely grateful to her for sharing her passion and love for cooking and for sharing the art of making dosa. Excited to take more classes in the future.

* & Guided Indian Grocery Tour
SUNDAY, APRIL 7th
11:00 am to 1:30 pm
Join me for an in-person guided Indian grocery tour in the Valley Ranch area in Dallas Metroplex.
I would love to share my secrets, simple tips as we go through my favorite ingredients and brands and help you build your pantry with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items. We will walk together various aisles of a local Indian Grocery Store and my goal will be to make you feel comfortable to shop independently for your spices, lentils, and other ethnic food items to make it part of your regular grocery shopping.
We will begin with a scrumptious lunch buffet at a nearby Indian restaurant. I will go over a brief discussion about how to stock your pantry with Indian ingredients and review the packet with useful sheets that you can use when you grocery shop the next time.
Registration includes lunch, a packet of information and sample grocery list, a reusable shopping bag, and a fun time doing groceries together.
