You'll pick up tips on spices that aid in the digestion of breads that contain gluten and then create wholesome Indian breads that are surprisingly easy to prepare. Sapna will even introduce you to her signature stove-top version of naan, so you can enjoy making it at home, bypassing the need for a clay oven. After creating the dough, perfecting your kneading skills, stuffing and baking, you will sample:
Stuffed Aloo Parathas (Flatbread filled with Spiced Mashed Potatoes);
Parathas filled with Spinach & Cheese: and
Stovetop Naan Bread.
The breads will be served with the traditional accompaniment of Raita, a cooling, herbed yogurt dip.
