You will learn to make the very popular Punjabi Chole Masala that is found in every Indian restaurant menu. Chole or Garbanzo beans are a staple north Indian dish. Sapna will show you how to make it homestyle her way. You will also make a Jeera Mattar Pulav - simple spiced rice pilaf with peas and spiced with cumin seeds. And lastly, Broccoli Besan - a super quick broccoli stir-fry with spiced chickpea flour.
