About the event

Ayurveda is a one of the world’s oldest systems of natural healing and practiced continuously for more than 5000 years with its origins in the Vedic Cultures of India. Ayurveda means the knowledge or science of life (Ayuh means life and veda means knowledge). It offers a profound understanding of each person’s unique body, mind and consciousness, which is the foundation of health and happiness.

Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner trained in both Western Nutrition and Ayurvedic Wellness will provide insights into this ancient system of holistic science and how it fits in the modern-day approach of integrative health and wellness.
