First, you'll make Sapna's Mother's recipe for Crispy Dosas and enjoy them with

the traditional accompaniments of

Sambhar (Lentils) , Coconut Chutney & Indian Smashed Potatoes.

Then you'll try your hand at non-traditional, but delicious:

Spinach & Cheese Dosas and Chocolate Dosas.
