Dosas are very versatile Indian savory crepes enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The batter is vegan, gluten-free and fermented. You'll discover the benefits of naturally fermented foods with healthy probiotics from an ayurvedic perspective.
First, you'll make Sapna's Mother's recipe for Crispy Dosas and enjoy them with
the traditional accompaniments of
Sambhar (Lentils) , Coconut Chutney & Indian Smashed Potatoes.
Then you'll try your hand at non-traditional, but delicious:
Spinach & Cheese Dosas and Chocolate Dosas.
