In the month of July, we get to celebrate 'Nourish your Skin - The Ayurvedic Way' as part of my Lecture Series at the The Crow Collection of Asian Art on the first Friday of every month this year.
This lecture series is FREE To Public so gather your friends and make this monthly event a group meet-up. The main gallery of the museum is undergoing a transformation so we will meet at Center for Contemplative Leadership classroom at the Crow Collection’s offices on the 35th floor of the Trammell Crow Center.

Summer, Sun and Skincare. Summer is a great time to enjoy the outdoors! It is also a crucial time to nourish and protect our skin from the harsh natural elements. No matter the skin type, excess heat and lack of self-care can cause imbalance both internally and externally.
Let’s soak in the ayurvedic wisdom with Sapna Punjabi-Gupta to learn about the energetic qualities of summer and how to be care for our skin during the harsh Texas summer months. You will learn.
