In the month of June, we get to celebrate 'Staying Calm and Cool this Summer - The Ayurvedic Way' as part of my Lecture Series at the The Crow Collection of Asian Art on the first Friday of every month this year.
This lecture series is FREE To Public so gather your friends and make this monthly event a group meet-up. The main gallery of the museum is undergoing a transformation so we will meet at Center for Contemplative Leadership classroom at the Crow Collection’s offices on the 35th floor of the Trammell Crow Center.

Living in Harmony with nature and changing our routines and practices according to changing seasons is one of the main foundations in Ayurveda to maintain and promote health. Join me as I dive into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and leave with simple and practical tips to get ready for a long and grueling summer.
