1 cup oats
2 cups kale
½ cup carrots
½ cup corn
½ cup peas
3 cups water
Heat ghee in a pan and add a pinch of asafoetida, cumin seeds and minced ginger for 10-15 seconds. Add vegetables and saute for a couple of minutes. Add oats and remaining spices. Add water and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until oats absorb most of the water content. Serve and enjoy!
