Together, we’ll make Khatta Moong from Dal Chawal, a comforting Rajma Masala, a velvety Roasted Squash & Red Lentil Soup, and a crunchy Savory Masala Trail Mix that doubles as a snack and soup topper.

Along the way, Sapna will share practical cooking techniques and Ayurvedic wisdom for transitioning into the cooler, drier months. You’ll leave with versatile recipes, new kitchen skills and plenty of inspiration for creating nourishing soups and stews all season long.
